If you have a subscription, your monthly credits renew at the start of each billing cycle. If you need more credits before then, you can choose another monthly plan or buy a one-time credit pack.

Subscription credits reset monthly on your billing date. Credits from one-time purchases have a 12-month validity period from the date of purchase. We recommend using them before expiration.

You can check the plan name in your user center or order area. Orders with "One-Time" are one-time purchases, while orders with "Monthly" are subscriptions that renew each billing cycle.

You can cancel your subscription from your account order area. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund - eligible refunds must be requested separately within 7 days of purchase.

No cancellation is needed for a one-time purchase. It is a single payment, so there are no future renewal charges and no subscription cancel button.

One-time orders do not have a cancel button because they are not subscriptions. They will not continue charging you, so there is nothing to cancel.

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused credits only. Credits that have been partially or fully used are not eligible for refunds. One-time credit packages are non-refundable after any usage. For unused subscriptions, you can receive a full refund within 7 days.

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5-7 business days, and your payment provider may need another 3-5 business days to post approved funds.

Yes. Paid plans can be used for personal or professional message analysis, including workplace emails, client conversations, customer messages, and team communication. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to submit any message or screenshot you analyze.
